First, the working principle of the mixing mechanism

At the same time, the mixing mechanism can also adjust the speed and mixing Angle according to different mixing intensity to adapt to different work needs.
Second, the working principle of the mixing truck
Zoomlion mixer is the core component of mixing station, which is mainly composed of body, axle, transmission system, hydraulic system and mixing tank. The mixing tank can hold a certain amount of concrete raw materials, and when the mixing mechanism starts to work, the concrete raw materials are mixed under the action of the mixing mechanism. Once the mixing is complete, a hydraulic system dumps the concrete from the mixing tank into the delivery pipe for transport to its destination.
The working principle of the control system
The control system of Zoomlion mixing plant is mainly composed of electrical system and hydraulic system. The electrical system realizes the control and monitoring of stirring mechanism, conveying pipeline, hydraulic system and other parts through PLC control box, touch screen and sensors. The hydraulic system monitors the pressure change during the tipping process of the mixing tank through the pressure sensor and other components, and controls the piston movement of the hydraulic cylinder to realize the tipping of the mixing tank and the opening and closing of the hydraulic door.
The working principle of Zoomlion mixing plant is very simple, but in practical applications, the mixing plant can achieve simple adjustment and real-time monitoring of the mixing mechanism through the control system to achieve more efficient concrete preparation effect. In addition, the length of the conveying pipeline of the mixing truck can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the construction site, and the conveying distance of up to 50 meters will not affect the uniformity and quality of the mixing concrete, which greatly facilitates the on-site construction.
